Job Description### Locums | Pediatric Anesthesiology | Marshfield, WI (No License Required to Bid) ### Why This Role Provide pediatric and adult general anesthesia coverage at a Level II trauma center with anesthesiologists, CRNAs, anesthesia technicians, and administrative support. The assignment includes scheduled clinical hours and a defined mix of overnight and weekend beeper call.### Assignment Details
\ N Coverage period: December 15–31, 2026
\ N Assignment is limited to these dates;
an extension is not confirmed
\ N Inpatient and outpatient settings
\ N Scheduled clinical hours plus beeper call
\ N 15-minute call responsetime
\ N 26 operating rooms
Cerner EMR
\ N No admissions
No APP supervision or teaching responsibilities
\ N Temporary privileges may be available
\ N Approximately 60 days for credentialing
### Coverage Schedule \ N December 15: Start/orientation
\ N December 16–18: 7:00 a.M.–5:00 p.M.
\ N December 19–20: 24-hour beeper call
\ N December 21–24: 7:00 a.M.–5:00 p.M., plus beeper call from 7:00 p.M.–7:00 a.M.
\ N December 28–31: 7:00 a.M.–5:00 p.M., plus beeper call from 7:00 p.M.–7:00 a.M.
### Clinical Responsibilities \ N Provide anesthesia for healthy and medically complex pediatric patients
\ N Provide general anesthesia for adult cases
\ N MAC and general anesthesia
\ N Emergent and elective procedures
\ N Intubations and airway management during codes
\ N IV and arterial line placement
\ N Pediatric, orthopedic, OB, and regional cases
\ N Work with Draeger Apollo anesthesia machines and Omnicell medication dispensing
### Requirements \ N Board-certified anesthesiologist
\ N Pediatric anesthesiology training and experience
\ N Comfortable treating healthy and medically complex pediatric patients
\ N Willing and able to cover adult general anesthesia cases
\ N Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
\ N Available for the complete December coverage schedule
\ N No pending malpractice claims
\ N Hospital privileges required
