This is a 100% outpatientposition with no inpatient rounding, deliveries, or call responsibilities,offering excellent work-life balance. Flexible scheduling options areavailable, with optional Saturday coverage for providers seeking additionalhours.

Requirements:
\ N MD or DO degree from anaccredited medical school
\ N Board Certified or BoardEligible in Pediatrics
\ N Active or eligible for NewJersey medical licensure
\ N Strong clinical,communication, and interpersonal skill
\ N Commitment to providingcompassionate, patient-centered pediatric care
\ N Ability to workcollaboratively within a team-oriented environment

Compensation & Benefits:
\ N Salary: $170,000 – $200,000annually (based on experience)
