Job Description**Pediatric Hospitalist Opportunity*** Located in Gallipolis, OH - Charleston, WV 60m* Full-time, permanent position**Position Overview*** Full-time Pediatric Hospitalist opportunity* Combination of inpatient Pediatric Hospitalist coverage and outpatient pediatric clinic care* 10 inpatient 24-hour shifts per month* 5 outpatient clinic days per month* Home call with in-person rounding responsibilities* Predictable schedule designed to support work-life balance**Qualifications*** Pediatric Hospitalist physician* Specific board certification, medical licensure, and training requirements not specified**Practice Highlights*** Join 2 established full-time Pediatric Hospitalists* Low-volume inpatient pediatric service* Dedicated 7-bed pediatric unit* Provide newborn care in a Level I nursery* Home call model* Outpatient clinic responsibilities include same-day sick visits and pediatric walk-in patients* Established pediatric clinic* Opportunity to maintain both inpatient and ambulatory Pediatric skills* Strong physician and clinical team support* Rural, community-based practice environment**Compensation & Benefits*** Salaried position* Sign-on bonus* Choice of educational loan assistance over 5 years or a retention bonus over 3 years under a subsequent agreement* Monthly stipend available through completion of training* CME reimbursement* Relocation reimbursement* 120 hours of combined vacation, sick, and personal time**Location*** Gallipolis, Ohio* Located along the Ohio River in southeastern Ohio* Approximately 1 hour from Charleston, West Virginia* Rural practice serving a close-knit regional community
