Job DescriptionPosition Overview: HealthPlus Staffing is partnering with a respected Pediatrics clinic in Chatham, NJ, to find a dedicated and experienced Lead Medical Assistant. This role is ideal for a compassionate and skilled Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) with a background in Pediatrics, especially in a leadership capacity.\ NKey Responsibilities:
\ N Lead and coordinate a team of 4 Medical Assistants, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient clinic operations.
\ N Assist 5 Pediatricians in delivering exceptional care to a diverse patient population, including a significant number of patients on the spectrum.
\ N Perform clinical duties, including patient intake, vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with procedures.
\ N Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinic protocols.
\ N Collaborate with the clinic's administrative and clinical staff to enhance patient experience and care delivery.
\ N Demonstrate flexibilityin scheduling, with the ability to work Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays.
\ N Qualifications:
\ N Certified MedicalAssistant (CMA) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Pediatrics.
\ N Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role is highly preferred.
\ N Strong understanding ofpediatric care, especially for patients on the spectrum.
\ N Excellent communicationand organizational skills.
\ N Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
\ N Schedule:
\ N Full-time position (40 hours per week).
\ N Typical hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Mondays until 6:30 PM).
\ N Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
\ N Flexibility is requiredto meet the clinic's needs.
