PermanentEmployedSeeking BC/BEOverview:Plans to build a state-of the-art, 144-bed behavioral health facility that will open in the fall of 2025. Hospital privileges at Medical Center, a 974-academic medical centerGrowing 9-hospital physician led healthcare systemAcademic appointment with the Department of Behavioral Health and Psychiatry at East Carolina University s Brody School of Medicine7 on 7 off schedule- 7am-7pmProviders will be expected to participate in teaching of medical students and/or residents and if desired conduct researchPhysician will have oversight to up to 2 residents on the unit with a capacity maximum of 24 bedsReferral network includes 29 county service area with a population of 1.4 million peopleOpportunities exist for student loan repayment from the North Carolina Medical Society and The North Carolina Office of Rural HealthCompetitive Compensation and Comprehensive Benefits to include: Administrative Stipend, Relocation, Paid Vacation, Sick, & Holidays, Malpractice/Tail Coverage, 401k matching/457, Medical, Dental, & VisionAbout Location:Greenville, North Carolina, with a population of approximately 91,660, is a vibrant city located in Pitt County.
