Available dates:- Apr 10-13- Apr 14 - Day Only- May 1-4- May 5 - Day Only- May 12- Night Only- May 13-19- May 29-Jun 111 week per month Monday - Friday 8A - 4:30 p.m. Clinic coverage and hospital consults plus 24/7 call coverageAND2 weekends per month for 24/7 on call coverageCall coverage consists of consults coming from ED, hospital providers and switchboard operators. DEA & BNDD required. A completed Covid vaccination card is now a required bid document to bid your provider and for your provider to be considered to work locums
