Job description
A financially strong 33 physician and 15 APP provider multispecialty group is seeking an additional pediatrician. This award winning 49-bed hospital is physician lead and fiercely independent with local decision making. With the vision to be the healthiest community in Wisconsin the organization is dedicated to using population health data and information technology to help transform the delivery of care.
Opportunity Highlights: Join 3 board certified pediatricians and 2 pediatric nurse practitionersMaintain skills in neonatal resuscitation, newborn nursery, and bread-and-butter pediatric admissionsFull-time 4 days direct patient care ( 32 Hours) and 1 administrativeReasonable volume expectations of 16-20 per dayCall is 1:4 averaging just over one day per week and one weekend per monthNegotiable MGMA mid-range base plus RVU incentivesComprehensive benefits, sign-on and relocation expenses up to $13,000Friendly community of 12, mi to Madison, 60 mi to Milwaukee and 2 hours to ChicagoFour nearby lakes, river through town and Glacial River Bike Trail
