Primary Care Physician - Per Diem Position:
Per Diem, Adult (18+) Primary Care, Outpatient Physician
Hartford HealthCare Highlights: Per Diem - as needed for clinic coverage
Thomaston or Litchfield area
Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday, no weekends, flexible start and end times
No call

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license (or eligible)
