Job DescriptionAn established PM&R team in Western Wisconsin is seeking a BC/BE PM&R physician for a hybrid inpatient and outpatient practice with a primary focus on neurological rehabilitation.

Position Highlights:
\ N Join a multispecialty Neuroscience Center alongside Neurology, Neurosurgery and Pain Medicine
\ N Become the 4th Neurorehabilitation PM&R physician on an established team
\ N Hybrid inpatient and outpatient practice with a strong focus on neurological rehabilitation
\ N Recently remodeled 20-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit
\ N Excellent hospitalist support for medically complex patients
\ N Outpatient focus includes CVA, SCI, TBI, MS, concussion and spasticity management
\ N Opportunity to incorporate musculoskeletal PM&R into the outpatient practice
\ N Shared call with APCs, including nights, weekends and holidays
\ N Opportunity for EMG andteaching within a collegial academic environment
\ N Work alongside PM&R physicians, APCs, neuropsychologists and chiropractors
\ N
Clinical Scope & Support:
\ N Neurological rehabilitation for stroke, spinal cord injury, TBI, MS and concussion
\ N Spasticity management, including Botox and intrathecal baclofen pumps
\ N EMG, trigger point injections and nerve blocks
\ N Opportunity for a reduced MSK practice component
\ N Inpatient rehabilitation supported by 4 PM&R APCs
\ N Outpatient practice supported by dedicated PM&R APCs
\ N Integrated multidisciplinary support through Neurology, Neurosurgery, Pain Medicine, Neuropsychology and Chiropractic
\ N
