Job DescriptionNeeding a full-time Physical Therapist near Russellville, KY!! SIGN ON BONUS!!! Must be a graduate of a Physical Therapy Program, must have BLS certification, and must have KY Licensure/Certification/Registration as Physical Therapist
Some job duties include:
Preforms initial and ongoing assessments of patient condition
Make plan of care
Administer treatment
Performs other duties assigned
