Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician – Wilmington, NC \ N

\ N Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

\ N Hours per Week: 35

\ N Employment Type: Full-time

\ N Experience: Relevant medical license, prior inpatient rehab experience preferred

\ N Certifications: License to practice in North Carolina required

\ N Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hour

What You’ll Do\ N Lead inpatient rehab team conferences and coordinate multidisciplinary care

\ N Manage a max census of 33 patients, providing supervision for 3-4 advanced practice providers (APPs)

\ N Collaborate with a specialized team focusing on neurologic conditions, such as stroke and TBI

\ N Offer consultation services to a caseload of 25-40 patients

\ N Develop treatment planstailored to each patient’s neurological recovery goals

\ N Document patient progress and communicate with families and team members

\ N Contribute to a supportive, patient-centered environment

\ N What You Need Valid license to practice medicine in North Carolina

\ N Prior experience working in inpatient rehab or neurology preferred

\ N Strong leadership and communication skills

\ N Ability to work independently and as part of a team

\ N Knowledge of neurologicdiagnoses and treatment protocols
