Are you a dedicated and passionate Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician looking for a rewarding career opportunity? We are excited to offer an excellent position for a PM&R specialist to join our dynamic and driven interdisciplinary team near Eloy, AZ. This role provides an incredible opportunity to help patients improve functional outcomes and live their best quality of life.
As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with primary care physicians, advanced practice clinicians, physical therapists, and occupational therapists. Your expertise will be vital in setting realistic goals to help patients return to their prior level of function and enhance the quality of care they receive.
Position Highlights: Schedule: Full-Time (M-F)
Work/Life Balance: Customize your schedule for optimal work/life balance
On-Call Duties: Day call only, no primary night call
Flexibility: Flex time and unmatched scheduling flexibility
Responsibilities: Medical Services: Treatment for spasticity or pain that limits function
Prescribe adaptive devices for safety
Reduce opioid use through alternative medications and modalities
Educate staff on the rehabilitation process
Utilize technology-based therapies to help patients regain independence
