"PM&R PhysicianAssignment Details Location: Davenport, Iowa Start Date: September 14, 2026 Ongoing coverage opportunities available (provider will be added to the ongoing coverage bench)Compensation:Daily Rate - $2180 per 24 hoursOvertime - $370/hr to apply after 8 hours/dayNight Call - $390/night24 Hour On Call - $1870 per 24 hoursCall Back - $370/hrCoverage Dates September 1420, 2026 September 2127, 2026Schedule Daily onsite coverage: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch) Weekday call required (schedule TBD) Daily inpatient rounds Care conferences twice weeklyPractice Setting Inpatient Rehabilitation Average daily census: 18 patients Hospitalist team manages medical care Two Nurse Practitioners provide support EMR: CernerRequirements Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Active Iowa license or IMLC LOQ DEA and CSR required Clean malpractice and background history NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days) required at presentationCredentialing Estimated timeframe: 3060 daysAdditional Information Provider will be considered for ongoing future coverage after initial assignment"
