Physician – Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in Illinois

Opportunity Highlights
Schedule: Start Date: 9/16/2026 (3 weeks of coverage) Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Job Setting: Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit
Types of Cases: Bread and butter inpatient rehab
Joint injections
Baclofen pumps
Routine nonprocedural medical care for rehab patients
EMR: Epic
Minimum Requirements
Board Certified
Certifications: ACLS required; DEA required; CSR required
Licensure: Active Illinois (IL) state license required
Experience: 1-2 year minimum preferred; provision of inpatient services on a rehab unit for at least 24 patients during the past 12 months, or successful completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited residency or clinical fellowship within the past twelve months
