UW Health in northern Illinois: Primary Care – Family Medicine in Rural Clinic Setting
UW Health in northern Illinois seeks a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join one of our close-knit rural communities while benefiting from the resources and support of SwedishAmerican Medical Group and UW Health. Education
MD or DO – Required
Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program in the United States - Required
License/Certifications
Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire - Required
Active Illinois medical license - Required
Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine. Board certification must be obtained within 5 years - Required

Competitive salary range (based on experience):
$290,000 - $320,479
