ChristianaCare , a nationally recognized leader in healthcare, is actively recruiting a dedicated family medicine or med-peds physician to join our team at our Linden Hill practice, between Newark and Wilmington, DE. Residents encouraged to apply!
Position Highlights
Join a team of 3 physicians, 3 APCs and stable support staff
Provide full spectrum care for patients of all ages
Light call schedule! 1:7
See a wide variety of patients including complex care.
Close-knit team with strong collaboration and easy access to mentorship and support.
Practice built in 2019 and is a well-equipped space with new equipment and efficient workflow to support high-quality care.
High patient satisfaction review score on googlemaps!
Responsibilities :
Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to provide positive patient experience
Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population.
Provide call coverage
Qualifications :
Must be BE/BC in FM or Med-Peds

Time Away from Practice (TAP) program: Includes CME, planned and unplanned time off, totaling 344 hours (8 weeks)
Annual Compensation Range $251,302.00 - $361,417.00The above compensation range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting for full-time hours in the respective specialty. The actual compensation within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation the fair market value for physician services in the relevant specialty and the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, credentials, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements. The compensation range listed may encompass various forms of applicable compensation for this position, including, but not limited to, productivity incentives, value-based incentives and other ancillary forms of compensation dependent upon operational factors such as hours worked, call coverage and other factors. ChristianaCare will offer compensation at an appropriate point within the above range or, less frequently, may offer a level of compensation outside the listed range as warranted by the circumstances.
