What You'll Do
As a Primary Care Physicianwith PCMA, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, patient-centered care to residents in long-term care facilities.
Responsibilities include:
Managing chronic and acute medical conditions
Performing comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations
Reviewing and updating medical histories and treatment plans
Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Identifying patient care needs and recommending appropriate treatment strategies
Accurately documenting patient encounters and care plans in EMR systems
Promoting quality outcomes and continuity of care for senior patients
Qualifications
Current, unrestricted Interal Medicine or Family Medicine license in state of practice
Current DEA or ability to obtain DEA licensure
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Passion for geriatric and long-term care medicine
Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care
