nFull-Time (Weekdays | 8:00 AM–2:00 PM - may vary based on the facility) $200,000–$260,000 annually (DOE) Based on experience, and caseload expectations.
nPart-Time (Weekends | Friday–Sunday) Fee for Service compensation Rates discussed during the interview based on availability and coverage needs.

nJob Summary
nWe are seeking a physician to join our growing skilled nursing facility practice. This role is well-suited for early- to mid-career clinicians looking for meaningful work, flexible scheduling, and a collaborative clinical environment.
nYou will provide comprehensive medical care to residents in skilled nursing facilities and outpatient practice, work closely with interdisciplinary teams, and contribute to high-quality, patient-centered care. This position offers autonomy, consistency, and the opportunity to build strong clinical relationships.
nResponsibilities – Skilled Nursing Facility Provider
nProvide assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions
nConduct regular patient rounding and timely evaluations
nOrder and interpret labs, diagnostics, and imaging
nPrescribe and manage medications in compliance with regulations
nMaintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR
nCollaborate with nursing, rehab, pharmacy, hospice, and administrative teams
nRespond to change-in-condition and urgent care needs
nSupport advance care planning and end-of-life discussions
nParticipate in quality assurance and regulatory readiness efforts
nProvide on call service at least once a week from 5pm - 8am
nQualifications
nActive Pennsylvania physician license and required certifications
nStrong attention to detail and timely documentation practices
nSelf-motivated, dependable, and patient-centered
nWillingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule
