PsychiatristCompensation: $230K - $280K per year + Comprehensive Benefits PackageJob Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday, in-personLocation: Pittsburg, PAWe are seeking a full-time Psychiatrist to provide high-quality, patient-centered psychiatric care in a community health center setting. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive mental health services while supporting coordinated, cost-effective care across the patient lifecycle. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, detail-oriented, and committed to serving a diverse patient population.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatmentDevelop and manage individualized treatment plansMaintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systemsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local regulationsCollaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient careDemonstrate strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with patients and staffApply sound clinical judgment and problem-solving skills in complex situationsSupport quality improvement initiatives and operational processes
