Description: Join a mission-driven inpatient Psychiatry team in the Phoenix metro area, providing care to adults with serious mental illness in a dedicated behavioral health facility. Position highlights: Inpatient role with manageable caseload (10"11 patients) Collaborative care model with psychiatric nurse practitioner support Practice based at a modern behavioral health center Teaching opportunities with medical students and potential academic appointment Candidate requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain prior to start) Compensation & benefits: Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits 4 weeks PTO + 10 paid holidays 1 week CME with $4,000 stipend Retirement plan Employer-paid malpractice coverage
