Compensation: - $325,000 - $400,000 based on experience- $15000 Sign-on and Retention bonus

Our vision is to reduce health disparities among community members while planting the seeds that change the entire healthcare delivery system for medically vulnerable individuals.DETAILS:- Work in our newly expanded clinic alongside a part-time Psychiatrist- Behavioral health team onsite includes LCSW, MSW, and case manager, along with other support staff- Potential for hybrid work!- Responsible for providing psychiatric assessment and treatment for patients of all abilities who are referred by the primary care team- Must be able to interact with people of various socioeconomic statuses and can address sensitive issues with tact and diplomacy- Experience treating individuals with Developmental Disabilities preferred
