Established behavioral health clinic in Southeastern Pennsylvania is actively seeking an experienced, Board-Certified Psychiatrist to serve as Medical Director for its Adult Inpatient and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)!
Highlights:
* Full-time Medical Director position overseeing the Adult Inpatient and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP).
* 100% on-site role with a Monday-Friday schedule.
* Combination of clinical leadership and patient care responsibilities.
* Adult patient caseload of approximately 16 patients per day.
* Responsibilities include:
* Clinical oversight of inpatient and PHP services
* Direct patient evaluations and treatment
* Treatment planning and multidisciplinary team participation
* Program leadership and quality initiatives
* Supervision of PMHNPs
* Opportunity to lead an established behavioral health program within a collaborative care environment.

Requirements:
* Board Certified Psychiatrist with experience in inpatient behavioral health settings.
* Prior leadership, supervisory, or medical director experience preferred.
* Eligible for Pennsylvania medical licensure.
* Strong commitment to quality patient care and program development.
