$350-425K + Sign On Bonus
\ N Olean is 70 Miles southof Buffalo
Opportunity Adult Psychiatrist- Inpatient Unit opening for a BC/BE Psychiatrist for our IP Behavior Health Unit. This Health Unit is a 14-bed inpatient unit that provides a multi-faceted approach to mental health treatment for patients 18 years and older.Unit \ N Team is comprised of 2 MD and 1 APP
\ N Registered Nurses
Licensed Practical Nurses
\ N Social Workers
Mental Health Counselors
\ N Nursing Assistants/Safety Assistants
\ N Locum/Per Diem Weekend Coverage
\ N 14-Bed Locked InpatientUnit
\ N Daily group therapy andindividual sessions
\ N Experienced discharge planning staff
Clinical Responsibilities \ N Attending Psychiatrist to round daily on patients, admit and discharge to behavior health unit.
\ N Supervise APP's with occasional student rotations.
\ N Call is 1 week per month.
\ N Duties include direct in-patient consultation services and emergency room patient consults in conjunction with the mental health team.

Qualifications \ N Medical degree from an accredited university.
\ N A valid New York State License, DEA and Medicaid number.
\ N Board certified in Psychiatry and completed residency in an ACGME accredited Psychiatry residency program.
