\ NFacility:
\ NBehavioral Health Unit inpartnership with hospitals, inpatient consult-liaison psychiatry, intensive outpatient (IOP) and partial hospitalization programs (PHP), substance abuse treatment programs, outpatient psychiatry clinics, telepsychiatry, telepsychotherapy, and psychiatry outreach to nursing homes and assisted living facilities.

\ N*Schedule: Monday-Friday (Core Hours between 8am-6pm) with optional call
\ N*Call is entirely optional and may be increased decreased or eliminated from employment agreement
\ N *Supervisory Responsibilities Required
\ N*Inpatient 12 bed Adult unit, PHP adults only
\ N *Involuntary population: Yes
\ N*Consult Services for Medical Floor and ED
\ N*EMR: Epic
\ N*3+ years of experience in Psychiatry, and experience with inpatient psychiatry, consult liaison and leadership experience preferred
\ N*Active MD License or Willing to obtain, BC
\ N2025 Encounter Volume:
\ N ● Total annual billed encounters (BHU, PHP, consults): 2,611.2
\ N ● Average daily billed encounters: 7.2
\ N ○ BHU: 5
\ N ○ PHP: 0.2
\ N ○ Consults: 2
\ NCompensation: Competitive Salary with full comprehensive benefits. Medical, dental, vision 401K match, Life, EAP, PTO packages and AD&D are available for full time employees
\ NAround 300K Annually+ with opportunities for additional income depending on experience and call
