PSYCHIATRIST - TRIPLER ARMY MEDICAL CENTER | HONOLULU, HAWAII
We are seeking a Psychiatrist to join the team at Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC) in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Position Highlights:
* Location: Tripler Army Medical Center, Honolulu, HI
* Specialty: Psychiatry
* Status: Full-time
* Start Date: October 1, 2026
* Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM
* No on-call requirement
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnose and treat patients within granted clinical privileges
* Conduct TMS mapping and remapping visits
* Perform initial patient assessments in person or via telehealth
* Confirm diagnoses and document medical necessity
* Oversee TMS technicians and co-sign treatment notes
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols as needed
* Provide discharge summaries and coordinate care with referring clinicians
* Educate and collaborate with medical staff and other healthcare professionals
Qualifications:
* MD or DO from an accredited medical school
* Current, full, active, unrestricted medical license
* Board certification recognized by ABMS or AOA
* Current American Heart Association BLS certification
* Current DEA registration
* Must be a U.S. Citizen
* Must meet DoD/Military Treatment Facility credentialing and privileging requirements
