Job DescriptionPsychiatry opening in Ocean Springs, MSThe Behavioral Health Services is seeking a dedicated Psychiatrist to join our established practice located on the beautiful Gulf Coast of Mississippi. Our team currently consists of two physicians, two mid-level providers, and multiple Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), all committed to delivering high-quality mental health care.Position Overview:Setting: Outpatient PracticeClinic Hours: Monday - FridayCall Rotation: One-in-four weekday evening and one-in-five weekend callPatient Population: Well-established and diverseRequirements: Board Eligible or Board Certified in PsychiatryCompensation & Benefits:Competitive Incentive Package:Guaranteed base salary with performance and production bonuses, totaling up to $300k+Relocation Assistance or Sign-On BonusStudent Loan Assistance to support your educational expensesAnnual Continuing Medical Education (CME) AllowanceAnnual Pledge: Support towards licensure and feesComprehensive Malpractice Coverage, including tail coveragePaid Time Off: Up to 6 weeks annually, including CME daysComprehensive Benefits Package:Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceShort-Term and Long-Term DisabilityLife Insurance and more, as per Human Resources Employment PolicyOur Community NetworkWe provide critical health services, numerous community outreach programs and charitable services and educational programs.
