Job DescriptionL ocation: Salisbury, MD
\ NLess than 2 hours to Washington DC, Philadelphia and Baltimore;
just 30 minutes to Chesapeake Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. Salisbury is a city nestled on Maryland's Eastern Shore, where the charm of small-town living meets the opportunities of a growing urban center. The city has art galleries, golf courses, and breweries, and is known for its traditional arts, music festivals, and incredible local foods.
\ NFacility:
\ NBehavioral Health Unit inpartnership with hospitals, inpatient consult-liaison psychiatry, intensive outpatient (IOP) and partial hospitalization programs (PHP), substance abuse treatment programs, outpatient psychiatry clinics, telepsychiatry, telepsychotherapy, and psychiatry outreach to nursing homes and assisted living facilities.

\ N*Schedule: Monday-Friday (Core Hours between 8am-6pm) with standard call schedule
\ N*one weekday on call per month, one weekend on call per month, 2 holidays on call per year
\ N *Supervisory Responsibilities Required
\ N*Inpatient 13 bed Adults Only
\ N*Partial Hospitalization Program and Involuntary population, and Consult Services for Medical Floor and ED
\ N*EMR: Epic
\ N*3+ years of experience in Psychiatry, and experience with inpatient psychiatry, consult liaison and leadership experience preferred
\ N*Active MD License or Willing to obtain, BC
