Position: Psychiatrist / Medical Director
Schedule: Minimum 30 hours per week on-site; ideally across 4+ days
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and schedule; full-time target ideally below $400,000 annually
Position Overview A confidential behavioral health organization in St. Charles, Illinois, is seeking an experienced Psychiatrist Medical Director to provide clinical leadership and direct patient care across its comprehensive addiction treatment program.
The program offers multiple levels of care, including detoxification, residential treatment, Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) services, with approximately 100 beds and program capacity.
This is an excellent opportunity for a psychiatrist with strong addiction psychiatry experience who enjoys treating patients with substance use and co-occurring psychiatric disorders while guiding clinical quality, treatment planning, and program development.
