Quick Facts: Location: Georgetown, DE Start Date: 04/28/2026 End Date/Duration: Ongoing Shift: Monday-Friday, Day Shift Hours/Week: 40 hours/week Employment Type: Permanent License/Certifications: DE Medical License, Board Certification in Psychiatry Experience: 2+ years in inpatient psychiatry preferred Pay & Benefits: Hourly Rate: $1.00 (pay package discussed upon application) Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) retirement plan CME stipend Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program Dedicated 24/7 support team throughout your assignment What You ll Do: Provide inpatient psychiatric care for adult patients with various diagnoses including anxiety, affective, personality, developmental, psychotic, and trauma-related disorders Manage pharmacotherapy and coordinate involuntary commitments as needed Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans Maintain accurate documentation using Wellsky EMR system Support a patient census averaging 18 patients daily Participate in a supportive team environment with experienced psychiatrists and advanced practice providers What You Need: Valid Delaware medical license and board certification in Psychiatry Minimum of 2 years inpatient psychiatric experience Familiarity with involuntary commitments and pharmacotherapy Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to patient-centered care About the Assignment: Join a leading facility in Georgetown, DE, offering a focused inpatient environment dedicated to delivering compassionate mental health treatment.
