Monday - Friday schedule with no weekend call or rounding Telephone-only weekday call rotation shared among colleagues (1:8) Adult inpatient caseload of 16 patients per day Duties include new admissions, follow-ups, med checks, discharges, and treatment team participation On-site inpatient service within a well-established behavioral health system Hospital-employed position in Illinois Board-eligible or board-certified in General Psychiatry required per bylaws Illinois medical license or ability to obtain required; visa sponsorship not available Our services are free for you We help negotiate your salary and contract We coordinate interviews and help with licenses Specialized recruiters match your career preferences Experienced support teams take care of every detail From $ to $ annual Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
