Psychiatrist Facility Medical Director opportunity in Fort Wayne, INWe are seeking an Indiana licensed psychiatrist to join our team and provide exceptional psychiatric services and serve as the facility medical director.About the RoleProvide in-person psychiatric patient care to older adults and serve as on-site program director; hospital services include a 120-bed inpatient psychiatric service, may include occasional coverage of IOPMonday through FridayHours: 8-5 (with some flexibility)Typical case load: 12-16 patients/dayAs FMD you will work with hospital administration to help maintain quality of care and align hospital goals with clinical workOpportunity DetailsPaid professional liability insurance with tail coverageAccess to our clinician wellness program and referral programIndustry leading clinical supportCompensation: very generous base salary, plus additional comp for facility medical director roleProductivity bonusAfter hour call coverage (voluntary/rotation)Weekend coverage (voluntary/rotation)Nurse practitioner supervision (if applicable)QualificationsActive and unrestricted Indiana license and DEAExperience in inpatient psychiatric settingStrong clinical foundation and knowledge of healthcare regulatory standardsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCollaborative, team-oriented approach with a positive outlookJob more information, please email a copy of your CV to or call
