JOB OVERVIEW Job Id: Y-MD- Profession: Physician Specialty: Psychiatry Job Type: Locum Tenens Location: Shawnee, KS Coverage Type: Clinical Only Coverage Period: Oct 12, 2026 Jan 11, 2027 PATIENT INFORMATION Patient Demographics: Adults (18+), Adolescents (10+) Case Mix: Eating Disorders, Mood/Anxiety PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE Credentialing Timeline: 3 weeks JOB REQUIREMENTS Licenses: Active KS license Board: BC in Psychiatry DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide supervision and oversight to Nurse Practitioners covering psychiatric programs. Conduct virtual supervision sessions across five programs in Shawnee, KS. Step in to provide direct patient coverage when needed. Collaborate with program staff to ensure quality care. Maintain compliance with licensure and board certification requirements.
