Large and stable health system is actively seeking a dedicated Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join their inpatient team in Hopkinsville, Kentucky! Highlights: Full-time W2 position available for either a Medical Director/Clinical Psychiatrist or Staff Psychiatrist. 100% on-site role with a Monday Friday schedule. Staff Psychiatrist: Participation in a 1 weekend per month call rotation. Medical Director: No call requirement. Child & Adolescent inpatient caseload averaging 16 patients per day. Responsibilities include: New patient admissions Follow-up evaluations Medication management and checks Discharge planning Participation in multidisciplinary treatment teams Supervision of APRNs Competitive compensation package aligned with MGMA benchmarks, including: Base salary plus production bonus potential Negotiable sign-on bonus Medical Director stipend (if applicable) Medical education loan repayment assistance (non-PSLF) Relocation assistance CME allowance PTO package Comprehensive benefits package Paid malpractice insurance Additional monthly compensation provided for APRN supervision. Established and supportive inpatient behavioral health team within a stable healthcare system.
