Large and stable health system is actively seeking a dedicated Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join their inpatient team in Hopkinsville, Kentucky!
Highlights: Full-time W2 position available for either a Medical Director/Clinical Psychiatrist or Staff Psychiatrist.100% on-site role with a Monday Friday schedule.Staff Psychiatrist: Participation in a 1 weekend per month call rotation.Medical Director: No call requirement.Child & Adolescent inpatient caseload averaging 16 patients per day.Responsibilities include:New patient admissionsFollow-up evaluationsMedication management and checksDischarge planningParticipation in multidisciplinary treatment teamsSupervision of APRNsCompetitive compensation package aligned with MGMA benchmarks, including:Base salary plus production bonus potentialNegotiable sign-on bonusMedical Director stipend (if applicable)Medical education loan repayment assistance (non-PSLF)Relocation assistanceCME allowancePTO packageComprehensive benefits packagePaid malpractice insuranceAdditional monthly compensation provided for APRN supervision.Established and supportive inpatient behavioral health team within a stable healthcare system.
