Psychiatry No Call No Afterhours Southeast Lakeside Living Position Highlights : Work-Life Balance: 4-day workweek and no call, nights, or weekends Desirable Practice Setting: Psychiatry position in a care facility focused on adult patients with intellectual and developmental disabilities Culture & Support; Support & Networking: Join a multidisciplinary team with on-site specialty support and access to outside consultation for complex Psychiatry cases Optimal Patient Volume: Low daily volume of 5 patients. Ideal Work Environment: Structured, predictable schedule with focus on medication management and longitudinal Psychiatry care.
