Applicant must provide documentation of provision of clinical services for 100 patients representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested during the previous 24 months.
Case list must include diagnosis or procedure, date, and facility where performed.
Description:Looking for a psychiatrist to provide coverage in both inpatient and outpatient settings.The candidate will be responsible for rounding, admissions, and discharges.The average patient load is 12-14 for outpatient, with 5-7 being inpatient, occasionally including new patients.Documentation time is allocated for each patient, with specific time slots for new patients, transfers, and follow-ups.There is interdisciplinary support available and the candidate will not be on call for inpatient services as a dedicated hospitalist will see most patients during the day.The work involves providing psychiatric care to adults.End-of-life consultations are not required.
