Job description
We re seeking a dedicated Psychiatrist to join a collaborative Behavioral Health team in Alpena, Michigan. This full time role offers a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient psychiatry, strong multidisciplinary support, and the opportunity to practice in a scenic waterfront community known for year round recreation, affordable living, and exceptional quality of life.

Full time employed Psychiatry positionBlend of 65% outpatient / 35% inpatient responsibilitiesCollaborative, multidisciplinary environment with Psychiatric Mental Health APPs, inpatient APPs, social workers, patient care navigators, and telepsychiatry supportOpportunities across the continuum of behavioral health services, including outpatient psychiatry, telepsychiatry, Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), and inpatient psychiatric careInpatient rotation approximately one week every three weeksAverage inpatient census of 8 10 patientsNight APP coverage available for first call supportAbility to customize patient panel based on provider interests and expertiseOutpatient schedule Monday FridayHighly competitive compensation plan with base salary + RVU based incentivesFull benefits package including CME allowance, paid time off (vacation, sick, CME, personal), health/pharmacy/dental/vision/life insurance, short term and long term disability, professional liability with tail coverage, relocation allowance, and retirement plans (403(b) with employer contribution and 457(b Scenic Lake Huron community offering waterfront living, year round outdoor recreation, and a welcoming small town atmosphere
