Quick Facts Location: Clayton, MO Start Date: 11/01/2026 End Date: 01/31/2027 Shift: Night, 5x8-hour shifts (19 00) Hours/week: 40 Employment Type: Contract Licenses/Certifications: Licensure required for practice in Missouri Experience: Previous psychiatric practice experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $300.30/hour Pay package discussed upon application Benefits include: Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program Dedicated 24/7 support team to assist throughout your assignment What You ll Do Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients Manage and monitor medication adjustments based on patient needs Provide crisis intervention and emergency psychiatric care when necessary Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care Document patient interactions thoroughly in electronic health records Follow all safety protocols and legal requirements for psychiatric practice Assist in improving patient outcomes within the facility What You Need Active Medical License to practice Psychiatry in Missouri Previous experience in psychiatric settings, preferably in inpatient or hospital environments Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage a diverse patient population with varying mental health needs About the Assignment This assignment is with a leading medical facility in Clayton, Missouri, providing inpatient psychiatric care.
