We have an exciting locum-to-perm position available at an Outpatient Adult Clinic near Hadley, NY. Job Details: Schedule: Monday - Friday

8-hour days with flexible start times (most start at 8:30 am)

Call Schedule: 1:6 weekends

EMR: Epic

Average Number of Patients Per Day: 15-20 (varies based on new patients vs. follow-ups)

New patient visits: Approximately 60 minutes

Follow-up visits: Approximately 20 minutes

Outpatient Clinic: Approximately 3000 active patients

About 200 scheduled per day

Group Composition: 6 Psychiatrists

15 Social Workers

Travel Reimbursement: Full reimbursement for travel

Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 months

Submission Requirements: Board Certification or Board Eligibility: Required (BE within 5 years of residency)

DEA: Required

NY License: Required at the time of submission

COVID Vaccination: Required

Interest in Permanent Position: Required

Certification Requirements: Board Certified
