Monday - Friday schedule with telephone-only rotating call coverage Adult population with an average caseload of 21 patients per week PHP average stay of 6 - 8 weeks; residential average stay of 4 - 5 weeks Full support staff including NPs, PAs, therapists, charge nurses, and dieticians Patients remain with the same treatment team throughout their stay Built-in fellowship program with formal mentorship and leadership development Focus on mood, anxiety, and trauma-related conditions in an IP and PHP setting Board-eligible or board-certified; MD or DO required; WA state license or eligibility Our services are free for you We help negotiate your salary and contract We coordinate interviews and help with licenses Specialized recruiters match your career preferences Experienced support teams take care of every detail From $ to $ annual Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
