Quick Facts Location: Clifton, Tennessee Start Date: 10/19 /2026 End Date: 1/17/2027 Shift: Full-time, 40 hours/week Hours/week: 40 Employment Type: Contract License/Certs: Licensure required; board eligibility accepted Experience: Relevant mental health clinical experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $120.00/hour Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws 24/7 dedicated team support throughout your assignment What You ll Do Conduct psychological screenings and assessments based on review of records and clinical interviews Collaborate with mental health team members, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to coordinate patient care Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans for inmates based on their needs Perform regular rounds in confinement areas to assess inmate mental health and adjustment Provide counseling and crisis interventions to address mental health needs Contribute to the evaluation and treatment of inmates experiencing mental health crises Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to facility policies What You Need Required: Active licensure or board eligibility as a Psychologist Proven experience in mental health assessment and treatment Strong communication and collaboration skills Preferred: Experience working with inmate populations or in correctional facilities Knowledge of psychological counseling techniques About the Assignment Join a leading facility in Clifton, Tennessee, committed to providing high-quality mental health care to the inmate population.
