Job DescriptionSeeking a full-time BE/BC Pulmonologist / Sleep Medicine Specialist to join team in the beautiful lakes country of west-central Minnesota as a sole specialist.
\ N Work a 4 1/2 day work week during normal clinic hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM)
\ N No Call, weekends, or holidays
\ N Autonomous work environment and flexible work schedule within practice
\ N Procedures performed regularly: Bronchoscopy, Spirometry, Pulmonary Stress Tests, & Sleep Studies
\ N 15-18 patients/day average
\ N Compensation and benefits
\ N Guaranteed salaryfor the first 2 contract years of employment with opportunity for additional compensation based on production
\ N Ability to earn above guaranteed salary if provider exceeds production hours worked
\ N 6 weeks paid time off while on guarantee
\ N Insurance coverage: health, dental, life, disability insurance (long and short term) and full malpractice
\ N Annual employercontribution of a generous 10% of wages toward retirement (100% vested after one year without employee contribution requirements)
\ N Retirement planincludes: 401K, profit sharing and cash balance plan
