Job DescriptionPulmonary/Critical Care Physician Location: Mason City, Iowa - Join a team of 2 Pulmonary/Critical Care Physicians and 2 Intensivists. - Inpatient/Outpatient practice with an 18-bed ICU. - Teaching opportunities with Internal Medicine and Family Medicine residents and medical students. - Pulmonary outreach opportunities across a 14-county regional network serving approximately 260,000 people. - Practice at a 342-bed regional referral teaching hospital with Level III Trauma Center and comprehensive specialty support. - Access to more than 300 employed providers across multiple specialties.Compensation & Benefits - $421,267 base salary + production incentives. - $150,000 bonus package. - Up to $15,000 relocation assistance. - Comprehensive benefits including health/dental/vision, paid malpractice with tail, $6,000 CME, retirement plans, and generous PTO. - H-1B and J-1 candidates encouraged to apply.Qualifications - BC/BE Pulmonary/Critical Care;
