\ N Highly competitive two year salary guarantee
\ N Physician has ability to make over $500,000.00 in the first year
\ N Generous starting bonus
\ N Hospital call coverage paid
\ N There are in-house ICU nurse practitioners in house during the night so the physician does not get paged at all.
\ N Relocation allowance
\ N Residency and Fellowship stipend and retention bonus (if applicable)
\ N Full benefit package
\ N 4 weeks vacation
1 week of CME with a $ stipend
\ N H1B cap-exempt
