This opportunity offers a robust mix of inpatient and outpatient pulmonary care, with full intensivist support and access to advanced procedures and technology.Practice Highlights:* Provide care across three hospital locations, each with its own ICU* 1:4 call schedule with dedicated outpatient clinic weeks during non-call weeks* Home to the only Pulmonary Hypertension Center on the Mississippi Gulf Coast* Advanced bronchoscopic capabilities: EBUS, radial EBUS, and navigational bronchoscopy* Thoracic surgery support for advanced pulmonary interventions* Robust lung cancer screening program in place* Accredited 6-bed AASM Sleep Center supported by three board-certified sleep physicians* 24-bed multidisciplinary ICU with full intensivist coverage* Supported by experienced advanced practice providers in both ICU and clinic settings* J-1 Visa waiver available Compensation & Benefits:* Competitive guaranteed base salary with productivity and performance bonuses* Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance* Student loan repayment available* Annual CME allowance and licensure fee support* Malpractice coverage provided* Comprehensive benefits including: * Health, dental, vision * Disability and life insurance * Generous paid time off according to HR policy Community Highlights:Enjoy coastal living with access to beautiful beaches, world-class seafood, affordable housing, and a family-friendly atmosphere.
