\ N Outpatient only, would like Sleep but not required
\ N Permanent job opening
\ N Full-Time Only
Seeking primary care physicians who want to become owners in the practice and are willing to make a long-term commitment to serve their patients and communities
\ N Hiring for multiple offices in the Greenville area
\ N Outpatient primary carework
\ N Patients Per Day: 20+
\ N See ages 18+
Work 4.5 days per week
\ N Rotating phone call about 2-3 days per month and 4-5 weekends per year
\ N Average calls per weeknight are 3.5 and 15 on the weekends
\ N Supervision of APPs is optional
\ N Patients admitted to the hospital are seen by hospitalists
\ N
Organization Information: \ N Shareholder gets100% of profit with no cap
\ N Salaries in and above 90th percentile after 2 years
\ N Two-to-four-year partnership track. Partnership as early as two years with $15k stock purchase
\ N Employed model also an option
\ N Non-shareholders are paid a salary with opportunity to bonus at 50% of profit upon meeting goals
\ N Salary increases as profit increases
\ N Shareholders receive 100% of profit and have the option to own real estate with no buy-in which greatly enhances individual retirement portfolios
\ N Medical Insurance: Provided. Low copays
\ N Dental, Long-term Disability and Life Insurance: Provided
\ N 401k with match of 50% of first 3% and 100% of 4-6%
