Job DescriptionOpportunity Details: \ N Location: Oswego, New York
\ N Position: Pulmonology Critical Care
\ N Assignment Type: Permanent (PERM)
\ N Start Date: As soon as possible
\ N Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient
\ N Schedule & Call: \ N Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off
\ N Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
\ N Saturday/Sunday: Flexible 10-hour shifts
\ N Call: No call required
\ N Practice Model & Patient Care: \ N New service line addressing an increased need for Pulmonology & Critical Care services
\ N ICU Coverage: 8 private rooms (typically utilizing 6 rooms with MD supervision)
\ N 24/7 ICU Telemedicine Services available for support
\ N Outpatient Care: Includes clinic and Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT) lab
\ N Procedures & Cases: \ N Consult and manage critical care patients in the ICU
\ N Preferred experience: \ N Central lines
\ N Intubations
Thoracentesis
\ N Paracentesis
\ N Collaboration with other service lines when procedural assistance is required
\ N Technology & EMR: \ N EMR System: Meditech
\ N Compensation & Benefits: \ N Highly Competitive Base Salary: $425K
\ N Sign-On Bonus: $25K
\ N Relocation Reimbursement: Up to $10K
\ N Student Loan Assistance: $30K ($10K per year) if applicable
\ N Paid Time Off &CME Time Off: Competitive PTO package
\ N CME Allowance: $5,500 for annual CME, dues, and licensure reimbursement
