Seeking BE/BC Pulmonary Critical Care Physician to join well-known practice. Practice in an Advanced Clinical Environment Work within a highly specialized system featuring a Neuro Trauma ICU and a closed ICU model designed for high-quality, team-based care. Cutting-Edge Technology Access to O-arm imaging, bi-plane suite, minimally invasive capabilities, and multiple navigation stations. Certified Advanced Thrombectomy Capable Stroke Center Opportunity Details Competitive Base Salary with Built-in Growth: Year 1: $420,000 Year 2: $432,000 Years 3+ $568,379 Recruitment incentive: $150,000 Moving allowance up to $15,000 Annual CME allowance: $6,000 Malpractice with tail coverage Retirement options (403B with 6.5% match + 457B) Benefits begin day one!
