Job description
Seeking a BE/BC Pulmonologist to join hospital in SE Illinois. Mostly outpatient position Pulmonology Department currently offers services such as Pulmonary Function Studies and Pulmonary Rehab The Pulmonary Medicine physician would perform bronchoscopies, Pulmonary Function Test readings, and inpatient consultations Candidates with additional Sleep Medicine training ideal but not required No call responsibilities After hours nurse advice line is available for patients to call Opportunity for research and/or academic affiliation The Community: The City was founded in 1841, and is the seat of Richland County in Southern Illinois. It offers a fine school system with an elementary school, middle school, high school, several parochial schools, and a community college. There is an all-weather airport, approximately four miles west.
