Specialty: Internal Medicine - Pulmonary DiseaseStart date: ASAPEnd date: OngoingCoverage type: No CallSchedule: Pulmonology Outpatient clinic - 8 a.m. 5 p.m. Monday -Thursday / 8 a.m. 12 p.m. FridayNo call coverageVolume of cases - Approximately 15 visits/day may be more depending on the physicians level of efficiency Number of Physicians in practice: One Dr. Subramanyam Yadam Will other Physicians provide coverage during locums coverage dates (list names): Yes Dr. Yadam will be working the clinic at the same timeDescribe support staff: RN, Medical Assistant, and Patient Support Associate Dictation system:Dragon Documentation system/EMR: Epic Do you use Teleradiology?Yes, after hours and weekends, only when needed Medical school MUST be on the California Approved Medical School ListResidency and Fellowship MUST be ACGME ApprovedMinimum 25 patient logs within 12 monthsPatients per shift: 15No of beds : 32 bed ICUNotes: Minimum board eligible
